- Residential Component: This facility has six 16-bed residential homes for adults with severe and profound developmental disabilities, with a comprehensive active treatment program which provides for the intensive medical, social, emotional and physical needs of our residents.

- Residential Component:  This is a skilled nursing facility for medically fragile infants and children, teens and adults with profound developmental disabilities. Services include a comprehensive active treatment program which provides for the intensive medical, social, emotional and physical needs of the residents.

- A non-public state-certified school that partners with school districts to provide a highly specialized education experience. The therapeutic, sensory-driven Multi-Needs Program serves individuals ages 3-22 with medical, developmental, and physical disabilities. The Life Skills Program, located in our Ann Haskins Center building, provides individualized functional curriculum and supports for students who are diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum, those with emotional/behavioral disorders, specific learning disabilities, and developmental disabilites.

- Residential Component:  This is a skilled nursing facility for medically fragile children, teens and adults with profound developmental disabilities. Services include a comprehensive active treatment program which provides for the intensive medical, social, therapeutic, emotional and physical needs of the residents.

- Developmental Training: Developmental training for Marklund Wasmond Center residents 18 and older is provided on site in our adjacent Developmental Training Center. This program is also open to community members who fit admission criteria. The purpose of this program is to prepare young adults with severe disabilities to function in integrated social settings. Emphasis is placed on functional skills, motor skills, communication, recreation/leisure skills and community participation.

- Marklund Day School Elgin Campus offers classrooms for our Multi-Needs program.
