We are committed to employing the most qualified staff who care for Marklund residents with uncompromised love, attentiveness and warmth.

All new employees participate in a comprehensive orientation program. This program includes classroom instruction as well as hands-on training. Marklund provides on-going education to ensure our staff is on the forefront of care for individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition, all direct care staff are Certified Nursing Assistants.
